When you contact us
We collect the name, email address, and message you submit so we can respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Your inquiry is delivered to the people who manage Yubima’s shared contact inbox. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Spam protection and hosting
Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting, email delivery, and Turnstile spam protection. Cloudflare processes technical information, such as IP addresses and browser signals, to deliver the site and help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Use and retention
We use inquiry details to communicate with you and maintain relevant business correspondence. We retain that correspondence while it is needed for these purposes or applicable legal obligations. Cloudflare also provides aggregate website and performance analytics. This website does not include advertising trackers.
Language preference
If you choose a language, we save that preference in your browser’s local storage. We also remember in session storage whether we have offered a language suggestion. These settings stay in your browser and are not sent with your inquiry. You can change the language using the selector or clear the settings in your browser.
