YUBIMA

Mobile apps your customers and team will actually open.

Yubima designs and develops mobile apps for iOS and Android. We plan the screens around the few tasks people need to do on their phone, connect the app to your existing systems, and prepare it for the App Store and Google Play.

Where it fits

An app earns its place on a phone when people use it often or need it away from a desk. If a fast mobile website would do the job better, we will tell you.

A customer app for repeat business

Bookings, orders, loyalty or account access for customers who come back often. Notifications remind them at the right moment, with their permission.

An app for your team in the field

Checklists, photos, job updates and forms that work on site, even with a weak connection, and sync when the phone is back online.

An app version of an existing web product

Bring a working web application to phones, reusing its data and accounts, and add what only a phone can do: camera, location or notifications.

What’s included

We agree on the screens, platforms, integrations and store requirements before development begins.

  • Screens and flows

Map the main tasks, design the screens and agree on what the first release includes.

  • iOS and Android development

Build the agreed app for both platforms, with accessible layouts and English and Spanish text where needed.

  • Connections and data

Connect accounts, payments, notifications or your existing systems, and define what happens without a connection.

  • Store release and handover

Prepare the App Store and Google Play listings, share test builds with your team, and hand over the source access and documentation agreed in scope.

How we approach it

We start with a clickable prototype you can try on your own phone, then build in short rounds with a test build at each checkpoint. Before release, we test on real devices and screen sizes and go through the store requirements together.

Apple and Google review every app and update, and they decide how long approval takes. Developer account fees, hosting and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately from the development scope.

Questions before you start

Do I need an app or a mobile-friendly website?

Start with how often people will use it. For occasional visits, a fast mobile website is usually better. For frequent use, offline work, notifications or the camera, an app makes sense. We help you decide before anything is built.

Will it work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. We plan for both platforms from the start and test on real devices of each.

Who publishes the app in the stores?

The app is published under your business’s own developer accounts, so you keep ownership. We prepare the listings and guide you through the review.

How are cost and timeline set?

After a short scoping conversation, you get an estimate with milestones. It depends on the number of screens, the integrations, and whether an existing web product can be reused.

Bring us the problem.

Tell us about the current setup, the people using it, and what you want to change. We’ll discuss the scope and a useful first step.
